The auditable decision record between an incident and a change.
Something breaks. AnomIQ gathers the evidence, prepares the fix your team would apply, writes down how it would be undone and how you would know it worked, and records who agreed to what. At the end there is one account a reviewer can read: what was known, what was decided, by whom, and what happened next.

What AnomIQ produces
- Evidence, gathered and datedWhat was observed, which system it came from, and when. What is missing is named as missing.
- A fix prepared for reviewThe steps, how they would be undone, and how you would know it worked — written down before anybody touches anything.
- One account a reviewer can readWho agreed, what they were shown at the time, and what your team reported afterwards.
What AnomIQ will not do
AnomIQ never carries out the change. It prepares and it records; applying anything stays with your team, in your systems, under your own controls.
That is a design commitment rather than a stage this product is passing through. Nothing in this build writes to a customer system, and no screen ships a control that could.
